The next two Public Erasures will be held at the Royal West of England Academy (RWA) Bristol.
Featuring the
Fairy Shrimp (Chirocephalus diaphanous)
Endangered translucent crustacean
Living in temporary ponds
Main source of food to many organisms
Important indicator of a healthy eco-system
and
Turtle Dove (Streptopelia turtur)
Endangered smallest native dove
Feeding off weed seeds increasingly sparse
Source for disappearing art and culture
Hunted
Both are currently listed as Vulnerable (VU) on the IUCN Red List
